You will support the HCA Product group during the Expanse rollout, managing workstreams for both Implementation and Technical Operations teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote, US.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Contract Length:<\/strong> 12+ months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Primary Tooling:<\/strong> <strong>Azure DevOps (ADO) Boards<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Technical Core:<\/strong> <strong>MEDITECH Expanse<\/strong> (3\u20135+ years of build experience required).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Agile Focus:<\/strong> Facilitating all ceremonies and maintaining metrics (velocity, cycle time, burndowns).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bKey Responsibilities: Agile Delivery &amp; Technical Build<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bUnlike traditional Scrum Master roles, this position is &#8220;hands-on,&#8221; requiring you to contribute to system configuration while maintaining the team&#8217;s agile health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bScrum Leadership &amp; ADO Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bYou will serve as the Scrum Master for multiple workstreams, facilitating ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. A major part of the role is the expert use of <strong>ADO Boards<\/strong> to visualize work, manage the backlog, and build dashboards that provide stakeholders with a clear view of progress.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bTechnical MEDITECH Build &amp; Optimization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bYou aren&#8217;t just managing the schedule; you are a technical contributor. You will perform <strong>system build, troubleshooting, and workflow optimization<\/strong> within MEDITECH Expanse. Your expertise will guide system configuration and help identify the most efficient clinical and operational workflows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bImpediment Removal &amp; Coaching<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bYou will identify and remove barriers to progress, coaching clinical and technical teams on agile best practices. You will act as a bridge between Directors and Managers to ensure that the backlog is prioritized according to strategic HCA goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bDocumentation &amp; Knowledge Sharing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bYou will create reference materials and training content for both internal teams and external audiences. You&#8217;ll also facilitate peer training to ensure knowledge is shared across the Implementation and Technical Operations domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bRequired Technical Proficiency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bCereCore is looking for a &#8220;player-coach&#8221; who understands the technical nuances of an EHR rollout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Expanse Expertise:<\/strong> 3\u20135+ years of <strong>MEDITECH Expanse build experience<\/strong> (any application area, though broader is better).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>ADO Mastery:<\/strong> Proven ability to use <strong>Azure DevOps<\/strong> for backlog management, workflow tracking, and advanced reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Agile Performance:<\/strong> Experience tracking metrics like <strong>velocity and cycle time<\/strong> to drive continuous improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Workflow Knowledge:<\/strong> Strong understanding of clinical workflows and how they translate into system build principles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Certifications:<\/strong> Agile\/SCRUM certification is preferred (CSM, PSM).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bThis is a 12+ month Contract role at CereCore, a healthcare IT leader.
