Liaise with internal users and external vendors to resolve technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Tiered Support &amp; RCA:<\/strong> Provide <strong>tier 1, 2, and 3 IT support<\/strong>, and conduct <strong>root cause analysis (RCA)<\/strong> when necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Lifecycle Management:<\/strong> <strong>Onboarding and off-boarding of employees<\/strong>, including new user training and managing access to various IT systems and applications.
