Acknowledge, evaluate, and resolve technical and non-technical customer support issues by <strong>phone, live chat, and email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Escalation:<\/strong> <strong>Troubleshoot reported issues to determine the root cause<\/strong>. Escalate issues to other teams and stakeholders when appropriate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Collaboration:<\/strong> Work collaboratively with the client-facing teams and customers. Actively participate in the <strong>testing of product features and enhancements<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Documentation &amp; Efficiency:<\/strong> <strong>Produce documentation for customer-facing and internal use<\/strong> (troubleshooting guides and FAQs). Identify repetitive tasks and <strong>implement efficiencies<\/strong> within the team.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Moderation:<\/strong> Moderate contributions for appropriate content.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bRequired Experience and Technical Knowledge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe ideal candidate must have proven technical diagnostic ability, experience supporting web applications, and familiarity with core web technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Support Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 2 years in technical customer support for a <strong>website or software product\/service<\/strong>. <strong>Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms or technical website support is required.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Web Platforms:<\/strong> <strong>Hands-on experience with WordPress or other website platforms.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Technical Diagnostic Ability:<\/strong> Proven technical\/diagnostic ability along with the <strong>analytical ability to diagnose problems<\/strong>.
