Investigate root causes, escalate issues, and <strong>maintain detailed documentation<\/strong> to prevent recurrence.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Implementation Support:<\/strong> Support the setup and configuration of Clayful systems for new school\/district partners. This includes <strong>technical onboarding<\/strong>, <strong>validating data<\/strong>, communicating discrepancies, and rigorously adhering to a step-by-step launch process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Data Management:<\/strong> <strong>Roster student and staff data<\/strong> with precision, ensuring security adherence (especially <strong>FERPA and HIPAA<\/strong>). <strong>Build and manage automations<\/strong> that move data between platforms while maintaining integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Operational Excellence &amp; Automation:<\/strong> Become an expert in current workflows and tooling (Zapier, Salesforce, Sheets). <strong>Design, maintain, and optimize workflows<\/strong> to automate processes and improve efficiency.
