Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>SLA Adherence:<\/strong> Ensure all support activities strictly <strong>Follow agreed SLAs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Documentation and Improvement:<\/strong> Creating thorough documentation, as the team follows a strict documentation process.
