The analyst will join the Data Analytics team within the Technology organization, leveraging data warehouse, scripting, and analytics tools to deliver insights that directly influence product strategy and customer experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote, US (Pay range determined by Geographic Zone).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Target Pay Range (Zone 3 &#8211; Most locations):<\/strong> $116,000 &#8211; $159,500.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>3+ years<\/strong> of professional experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Math, Economics, etc.) or equivalent technical education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> Delivering actionable insights to accelerate product growth, data modeling in <strong>dbt<\/strong>, building self-serve assets in <strong>Looker<\/strong>, and advancing analytics infrastructure best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bResponsibilities: Insights, Infrastructure, and Cross-Functional Partnership<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe analyst drives data-informed decision-making across Product and Go-to-Market teams while strengthening the underlying data infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Product Growth Insights:<\/strong> Develop data-driven and actionable insights to accelerate product growth and engagement by leveraging the data warehouse, analytics tools, and scripting languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Cross-Functional Partnership:<\/strong> Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to translate business challenges into data projects that influence strategy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Visualization and Communication:<\/strong> Translate quantitative analyses and findings into clear visuals, written documentation, and other data assets for product, engineering, and business end users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Data Modeling &amp; Quality:<\/strong> Advance team best practices in <strong>data modeling, naming conventions, and data quality testing<\/strong> to ensure scalable, trustworthy analytics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Self-Service Enablement:<\/strong> Build, maintain, and promote reliable <strong>self-serve datasets and dashboards<\/strong> that enable stakeholders to make confident decisions quickly (e.g., in <strong>Looker<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Infrastructure Improvement:<\/strong> Provide suggestions for improving the reliability, ease of use, and performance of the Data Team\u2019s technical infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bRequired and Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe role requires hands-on experience with modern data stacks (warehouse and transformation tools).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Data Warehouse:<\/strong> Demonstrable experience working with data in <strong>Snowflake<\/strong> or similar SQL-based analytics warehouse.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Data Modeling:<\/strong> Demonstrable experience with creating and maintaining data models in <strong>dbt<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Visualization:<\/strong> Demonstrable experience with creating data visualizations and ready-made datasets in <strong>Looker<\/strong>, or other similar tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Communication:<\/strong> Ability to define and iterate on analytics project requirements and communicate insights to both technical and business partners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Nice-to-Have:<\/strong> Curiosity around state-of-the-art technologies including experimentation, machine learning, and generative AI.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bThis is a full-time, remote Data Analyst role at LaunchDarkly, focusing initially on Product Growth initiatives.
