Document all incidents and resolutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Production Release Management:<\/strong> Assist in coordinating and executing production releases. Validate deployments and ensure proper rollback procedures are in place.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Automation &amp; DevOps Support:<\/strong> Assist in automating routine support tasks and deployment processes.
