This analyst is responsible for resolving complex ERP issues, mentoring junior staff, and proactively driving continuous process improvements within stable, secure, and compliant QAD environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote &#8211; USA.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Base Pay Range:<\/strong> $75,000 &#8211; $120,000 (Commensurate with experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Incentive Pay:<\/strong> Up to 30% of base salary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Required Experience:<\/strong> 7\u201310 years of ERP\/IT support experience, with at least <strong>5 years specifically in QAD\/Progress environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> Advanced functional\/application troubleshooting, configuration optimization, cross-module support, UAT, and ITIL-based continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b<strong>Tier 2 Responsibilities: Advanced Application Support<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe Level 2 analyst is expected to perform all Level 1 duties and focus on resolving advanced, complex issues across multiple ERP modules:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Application\/Module Support:<\/strong> Resolve advanced issues in key QAD modules including <strong>Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Finance, Production, Inventory, and Reporting.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Configuration &amp; Optimization:<\/strong> Advise clients on parameter settings, workflows, and usage best practices. Streamline ERP functional workflows and ensure alignment with business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Complex Resolution:<\/strong> Troubleshoot posting errors, stuck processes, status mismatches, and variance reconciliations. Understand <strong>end-to-end flows<\/strong> (e.g., sales order \u2192 shipping \u2192 invoicing \u2192 finance).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Mentoring &amp; Documentation:<\/strong> Mentor Tier 1 Analysts on advanced troubleshooting and proper ticket hygiene. Perform installations, upgrades, and complex changes. Document clearly in tickets, runbooks, and <strong>Knowledge Base (KB) articles<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>ITIL\/Continuous Improvement:<\/strong> Log all continuous improvement ideas and implemented changes into the <strong>Continuous Improvement Register (CIR)<\/strong> using ITIL standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Communication:<\/strong> Collaborate directly with clients during live troubleshooting and communicate with stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b<strong>Minimum Qualifications (Level 2)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>ERP Expertise:<\/strong> 7\u201310 years of ERP\/IT support experience, with at least <strong>5 years in QAD\/Progress environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Methodology:<\/strong> Working knowledge of <strong>ITIL principles<\/strong> and their application in service delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Professional Skills:<\/strong> Demonstrated ability to manage complex issues independently and under pressure.
