The role involves executing ongoing updates for web pages, content, and online tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Fairfax, VA (Headquartered).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Experience:<\/strong> 3+ years experience supporting web site maintenance and content management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> First-line customer support (phone, email, in-person), content updates, maintenance of technical documentation (Knowledge Base\/SOPs), and ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Key Technology:<\/strong> Drupal Content Management System.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200b<strong>What You&#8217;ll Do: Support, Maintenance, and Quality Assurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe analyst manages the health of the website from both a technical and user perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Customer &amp; Technical Support:<\/strong> Deliver support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, researching and resolving both <strong>technical and content-related issues<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Content &amp; Training:<\/strong> Provide <strong>user training and guidance<\/strong> to contributors, editors, and bloggers on best practices for content sharing. Review and refresh existing learning tools annually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Documentation &amp; Knowledge Base:<\/strong> Maintain and expand a library of <strong>Knowledge Base Articles and SOPs<\/strong>, including standardized responses and FAQs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Quality &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Conduct <strong>usability checks, user acceptance testing (UAT), and functional validation<\/strong> for new development and updates.
