This position is <strong>not customer-facing<\/strong> but supports internal teams and clients indirectly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Virtual in the <strong>Pacific Time zone<\/strong> (9am &#8211; 6pm PT). Must reside in <strong>Oregon, California, Utah, Washington, or Canada<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Estimated Base Salary Range:<\/strong> <strong>$85,000 \u2013 $120,000+<\/strong> annually + bonus (depending on experience and location).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Required Education:<\/strong> BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent major.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> Software debugging, database querying (SQL), troubleshooting frontend\/backend systems, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b<strong>In This Role, You Will: Technical Troubleshooting &amp; Collaboration<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe engineer will serve as a crucial technical resource for internal support and operations teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Software Support:<\/strong> Provide <strong>top-tier software support<\/strong> for Cvent\u2019s product offerings to the internal customer service team and clients (not customer-facing).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Debugging &amp; Analysis:<\/strong> Assist operations and development teams with <strong>debugging software issues<\/strong>. <strong>Query databases to generate and analyze data<\/strong> for reporting and troubleshooting purposes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>System Maintenance:<\/strong> Troubleshoot and maintain frontend and backend systems. Monitor, document, and report system and performance issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Work with multiple teams (including sales engineering) to find, analyze, and resolve client issues.
