Articulate technical solutions during presales.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Needs Analysis &amp; Documentation:<\/strong> Perform needs analyses for the Company and customers and <strong>develop and document strategic, cost-effective business and technical solutions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Product Testing &amp; QA:<\/strong> Participate in the <strong>product release cycle<\/strong> through requirement gathering, design vetting, and <strong>user acceptance testing (UAT)<\/strong>. Create, review, and execute product test plans and cases, documenting test progress and reporting results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Sales and Customer Support:<\/strong> Support the Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
