This role is essential for operational stability, security, and project execution within a CMMC-based corporate enterprise IT environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Inglewood, CA (near LAX)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Pay Range:<\/strong> <strong>$93,600 \u2013 $109,800<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> Hybrid Windows\/Azure administration, identity management (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta), endpoint management (Ivanti, Intune), and strict compliance with <strong>CMMC<\/strong> and <strong>NIST SP 800-171<\/strong> security controls.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Requirements:<\/strong> Bachelor&#8217;s degree or <strong>7+ years<\/strong> of equivalent experience. Successful completion of a pre-employment background investigation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b<strong>Key Responsibilities: Security, Automation, and Tier 2\/3 Support<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe administrator is responsible for maintaining core systems, managing endpoints, and ensuring continuous compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Hybrid Infrastructure:<\/strong> Perform installation and maintenance of <strong>MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365<\/strong> across a multi-datacenter environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Compliance &amp; Security:<\/strong> Comply with and implement security controls in accordance with <strong>NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC guidelines<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Automation &amp; Configuration:<\/strong> Use <strong>PowerShell, Group Policy, Intune, and Azure policies<\/strong> to automate system configuration, updates, installation, and remediation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Endpoint Management:<\/strong> Manage unified endpoint management, including imaging, patching, remote support, inventory, provisioning, and policy management (using <strong>Intune<\/strong> and <strong>Ivanti Endpoint Manager<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Identity &amp; Virtualization:<\/strong> Support <strong>on-prem VMware ESXi clusters<\/strong> and demonstrate proficiency in supporting <strong>OKTA, MFA, and YubiKey<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Support:<\/strong> Serve as <strong>Tier 2 escalation<\/strong> for enterprise system outages, identity synchronization failures, and security alert resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Availability:<\/strong> Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call to ensure systems are always functioning properly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200b<strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Core Administration:<\/strong> Proven experience in enterprise <strong>Microsoft Windows system administration<\/strong>. Solid understanding of Windows Server, IIS, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Certificate Authority, and Group Policy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Cloud &amp; Hybrid:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with <strong>Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online<\/strong>. Experience deploying and migrating users to <strong>Microsoft Office 365 cloud-based services<\/strong> (including Hybrid Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Security &amp; Identity:<\/strong> Experience supporting <strong>OKTA<\/strong> and ability to implement and adhere to security controls in accordance with <strong>CMMC and NIST SP 800-171<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Tooling:<\/strong> Experience with <strong>Ivanti Endpoint Manager<\/strong>, deploying\/maintaining virtualized infrastructures using <strong>VMware<\/strong>, and experience with <strong>PowerShell<\/strong> for system administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bMarvin Engineering Co.
