Promptly respond to tickets, document resolutions, and train staff on new technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>System Administration:<\/strong> Administer and support core company <strong>SaaS platforms<\/strong> including <strong>Google Workspace, Jira, Genesys, and DocuSign<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Access &amp; Provisioning:<\/strong> Manage <strong>user provisioning, access control, and deprovisioning<\/strong> during onboarding\/offboarding processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Device Management:<\/strong> Support the company\u2019s <strong>MDM platform (e.g., JAMF)<\/strong> for device management and compliance.
