Perform system installations, upgrades, and patches following approved change control procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Security &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in compliance with <strong>DoD security policies<\/strong>. Collaborate with cybersecurity personnel to ensure systems meet compliance requirements such as <strong>STIGs and RMF controls<\/strong>. Assist with vulnerability scanning and remediation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Maintenance &amp; Recovery:<\/strong> Implement and monitor system backups, <strong>disaster recovery, and business continuity processes<\/strong>. Develop and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Troubleshooting &amp; Support:<\/strong> Monitor system performance and capacity, identifying and resolving technical issues proactively.
