The position is fully remote for eligible U.S.-based candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> Remote (U.S.-based)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Salary:<\/strong> <strong>$65,000\u2013$80,000<\/strong> annually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>5+ years<\/strong> of experience as a System Administrator or Database Manager, with <strong>specific experience in Grants Management Systems (GMS) and Fluxx required<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> Fluxx development (forms, workflows, coding), data hygiene, integration management (Salesforce, NetSuite), and providing expert technical troubleshooting for a large-scale grantmaking operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bWhat You\u2019ll Do: Fluxx Development and Financial Integration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe administrator is the central authority for all technical aspects of the Fluxx platform, supporting both internal staff and external applicants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Fluxx System Development:<\/strong> Serve as the primary developer and administrator. <strong>Design, build, and maintain all grant-related components<\/strong>, including new grant applications, complex conditional logic, custom components, and workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Data Integrity &amp; Automation:<\/strong> Manage bulk updates, data cleanup, and security protocols to ensure <strong>integrity and accuracy of all grant data<\/strong>. Identify opportunities for process improvement and <strong>automation<\/strong> within the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Financial Processing:<\/strong> Partner with the Finance Team to <strong>process grant payments<\/strong>, including migrating data between <strong>Fluxx and NetSuite<\/strong>.
