Implement monitoring for applications and servers, and <strong>respond to alarms in a timely manner<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Infrastructure Management:<\/strong> Perform ongoing <strong>performance tuning<\/strong>, hardware\/OS upgrades, and resource optimization. <strong>Deploy physical and virtual servers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Cybersecurity &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Responsible for <strong>vulnerability management<\/strong>, service account management, and completing <strong>cyber validation and checklists<\/strong> to maintain cyber posture.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Incident Response &amp; Troubleshooting:<\/strong> Complete assigned incident management tasks and perform <strong>root cause analysis<\/strong> for incidents in a production environment by analyzing system logs and performance metrics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Technical Support:<\/strong> Provide <strong>Tier III<\/strong> and other support per service request.
