This role is responsible for delivering technical solutions and providing exceptional support to diverse clients, acting as the primary administrator for their internal systems and infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote in US<\/strong> (Employees can work remotely)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>4\u20136 years<\/strong> as a Systems Administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Department:<\/strong> Managed Services (MS_Service Delivery Team)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Focus:<\/strong> Client support, managing security, integrity, and operational efficiency across a client&#8217;s entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and remote access systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bKey Responsibilities: Client Operations and Security<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe Systems Administrator must manage all aspects of a client&#8217;s core internal systems, ensuring high security and operational reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Client Support &amp; Escalation:<\/strong> Provide <strong>amazing support<\/strong> to clients, managing assigned operational and project commitments. <strong>Escalate customer support requirements<\/strong> as appropriate, communicating criticality and confirming acceptance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Security Management:<\/strong> Manage the <strong>integrity and security<\/strong> of clients\u2019 data, servers, and software. Ensure all machines are protected and properly updated with <strong>Endpoint Security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti-Spyware<\/strong>, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Core Systems Management:<\/strong> Manage clients\u2019 primary internal systems, including <strong>email and file sharing (Office 365, SharePoint)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Infrastructure Management:<\/strong> Implement and maintain <strong>Remote Access Systems (VPN, RDS, Citrix, VMware)<\/strong>. Maintain <strong>domain policies, DNS, DHCP, and other integrated systems<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Documentation and Accountability:<\/strong> Keep client documentation up-to-date and accurate, along with detailed notes\/updates in help desk tickets. <strong>Daily time keeping<\/strong> is a critical responsibility.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>On-Call Support:<\/strong> Must be willing to <strong>participate in an on-call rotation<\/strong> and provide after-hours support as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u200bRequired Technical Skills: Broad Infrastructure Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u200bThe role requires strong troubleshooting abilities and hands-on experience across servers, networking, and applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u200b<strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>4\u20136 years<\/strong> of experience as a Systems Administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Certifications (Preferred):<\/strong> <strong>Microsoft Associate Level Certification<\/strong> or equivalent is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Server Skills:<\/strong> <strong>Active Directory, Domain, SSL Certificate, Backups, Antivirus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Network Skills:<\/strong> <strong>Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP\/IP, DNS, Routing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Applications:<\/strong> <strong>Office 365, SharePoint<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u200b<strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> <strong>Strong analytical skills<\/strong> and ability to troubleshoot problems. <strong>Excellent communication and customer service skills<\/strong>, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bResultant, an outcomes-focused consulting firm, is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its Managed Services team.
