This critical team member will drive and coordinate multiple <strong>cross-functional work streams<\/strong> to deliver results on key initiatives, achieve strategic objectives, and ensure the continued improvement and growth of the organization and the delivery of crisis services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>US &#8211; Remote<\/strong> (Travel to company subsidiaries is required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> At least <strong>4 years in management consulting, corporate development, or program\/project management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> Managing major implementation initiatives, improving critical business processes, driving on-time and on-budget delivery of solutions, and stakeholder management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Industry Experience (Helpful):<\/strong> Prior experience in the <strong>behavioral health\/healthcare industry<\/strong> and facility design\/construction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities: Urgency, Coordination, and Change Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The manager is responsible for the full project lifecycle, operating with a sense of urgency to impact critical service delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Project Ownership:<\/strong> <strong>Manages all aspects of a project<\/strong> for cross-functional teams, ensuring goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Planning &amp; Reporting:<\/strong> Establishes <strong>project plans, RAID logs, reporting dashboards, and status reporting<\/strong>. Prepares project reports for management, clients, or regulatory agencies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordination &amp; Communication:<\/strong> <strong>Facilitates coordination of all project elements<\/strong> (meetings, agendas, deliverables). Confers with staff to outline work plan, assign duties, and revise tasks\/timeline as necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuous Improvement:<\/strong> <strong>Plans, directs, and coordinates<\/strong> project activities. Alters plans and makes recommendations for future project phases based on <strong>lessons learned<\/strong> from the project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Regulatory Compliance:<\/strong> <strong>Remains informed of changing applicable regulations<\/strong> that may affect project objectives and alters the project plan accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team &amp; Stakeholder Management:<\/strong> Provides <strong>guidance and positive models<\/strong> to help others develop. Communicates project initiatives clearly and regularly to a <strong>geographically distributed team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills and Tools: Multi-Project Delivery &amp; Planning<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Success requires proven experience in managing complex projects and navigating cross-functional, dispersed teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>4+ years<\/strong> in a relevant management or project delivery role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Delivery Track Record:<\/strong> Experience <strong>delivering measurable results on multiple large business projects\/programs simultaneously<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Management:<\/strong> Track record of <strong>managing dispersed teams with complex project plans<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> Excellent project management, planning, organization, and strong communication\/negotiation skills. Ability to quickly establish <strong>credibility and rapport<\/strong> with stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Software Proficiency:<\/strong> <strong>Proficient skills using project management software, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project<\/strong>.
