Develop and maintain <strong>project plans, dashboards, and milestone tracking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation &amp; Governance:<\/strong> Prepare and review project documentation (<strong>charters, SOWs, change requests, RAID logs<\/strong>). <strong>Maintain documentation repositories<\/strong> within tools like <strong>Smartsheet, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coordination &amp; Risk Management:<\/strong> Coordinate meetings, record decisions, manage action logs, and follow up with stakeholders. <strong>Identify project issues, risks, and dependencies<\/strong>, and document mitigation actions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Testing &amp; Validation:<\/strong> Support <strong>testing coordination, validation tracking, mock cycles<\/strong>, and post-implementation review activities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder &amp; Vendor Liaison:<\/strong> Foster clear communication between technical teams, functional business stakeholders, IT partners, and vendors.
