Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues across <strong>macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>User &amp; Identity Management:<\/strong> Manage <strong>user onboarding and offboarding<\/strong>, including device setup, account provisioning, and permissions through tools such as <strong>Google Workspace, Okta, and 1Password<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System &amp; Device Administration:<\/strong> Administer device management and endpoint-security tools.
