This role ensures both systems are configured, maintained, and utilized to their fullest potential to support organizational excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote<\/strong> (Minimal periodic travel as needed).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Permanent, Full Time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pay Rate:<\/strong> DOE (Dependent on Experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> Dual system administration, security, process optimization, and reporting across Workday and UKG Pro.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities: Optimization, Security, and Reporting<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The administrator will be the hands-on expert responsible for continuous improvement, support, and compliance across the HR technology landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Dual System Administration:<\/strong> Act as the <strong>primary administrator<\/strong> for <strong>Workday HCM<\/strong> and <strong>UKG Pro Workforce Management<\/strong>, ensuring efficient operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Configuration &amp; Enhancement:<\/strong> Configure and maintain system security, workflows, and business processes. Research, analyze, and implement system updates, enhancements, and new features.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Expertise:<\/strong> Strong expertise in designing and configuring solutions, including the ability to create and manage <strong>condition rules and calculated fields<\/strong> in both platforms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support &amp; Training:<\/strong> Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for end-users. Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to enhance system adoption.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Leadership:<\/strong> Lead and participate in projects related to HR technology implementations and upgrades, demonstrating proven ability to lead <strong>cross-departmental projects<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Generate and analyze reports from both systems to provide <strong>actionable insights<\/strong>.
