This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of Wi-Fi systems, from on-site physical installation and configuration to remote monitoring, security, and customer support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Type:<\/strong> <strong>Full Time<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Travel:<\/strong> Up to <strong>25% nationwide<\/strong> for on-site work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Security:<\/strong> Ability to obtain and maintain at a minimum <strong>Public Trust<\/strong> government clearance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Duties: Wi-Fi Lifecycle, Support, and Project Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This position is highly hands-on, requiring a blend of technical expertise, customer service, and project coordination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Installation &amp; Configuration:<\/strong> Responsible for Guest Wi-Fi systems <strong>installation, specification determination, configuration<\/strong>, monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On-Site Support (25% Travel):<\/strong> Travel to support <strong>on-site installation<\/strong> of network hardware, conduct testing, adjust configurations, <strong>produce heat maps<\/strong>, complete surveys, and update documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer Support:<\/strong> Answer <strong>incoming customer support calls<\/strong>, triage and resolve issues, and record actions. Create, track, and resolve service desk action items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Project Management &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Support IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with contract terms. Maintain the <strong>security and stability<\/strong> of network solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation &amp; Reporting:<\/strong> Produce detailed technical project documentation, meeting materials, analysis, and reports. Create and maintain network documentation, <strong>hardware inventories, KPIs, and metrics data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications: Wireless &amp; Government Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate has proven experience managing wireless networks and is familiar with the necessary federal IT standards and security clearances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>3\u20135 years<\/strong> in operations and maintenance of systems and networks, specifically with <strong>installing, monitoring, and maintaining wireless networks<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clearance:<\/strong> Ability to obtain and maintain at a minimum <strong>Public Trust<\/strong> government clearance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> <strong>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/strong>; ability to rapidly prioritize competing requirements; strong problem-solving approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Desired Qualifications (Preferred):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Certifications preferred: <strong>CCNA, CCNE, CompTIA+<\/strong>, or <strong>CISSP<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of <strong>NIST 800-171<\/strong> (Government Policies and Procedures related to IT implementation).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the DoD and\/or Veteran environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Green Technology Group, LLC (TGTG) is seeking an Experienced, Full-Time System Administrator to support their Guest Wireless Service delivery program for Federal and Commercial Markets.
