This role is the technical and strategic lead for the <strong>Vertafore AMS360<\/strong> platform, serving as the bridge between operations, technology, and leadership to modernize the agency&#8217;s operational backbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Level:<\/strong> Mid-Level (Compensation is commensurate with senior experience: <strong>$85k\/yr &#8211; $95k\/yr<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> AMS360 administration, driving AI\/automation, and ensuring system integration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities: System Ownership and Digital Transformation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The administrator is expected to maintain the core system while actively advancing the agency&#8217;s use of technology for efficiency and data-informed decision-making.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primary AMS360 Administration:<\/strong> Serve as the primary administrator for <strong>AMS360<\/strong>, managing configuration, maintenance, user permissions, and data integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Integration Management:<\/strong> Oversee and troubleshoot <strong>integrations<\/strong> between AMS360 and related Vertafore products (InsurLink, PL Rating, ImageRight) and other systems (CRM, digital engagement tools).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation &amp; AI Strategy:<\/strong> <strong>Partner with AI and Operations teams<\/strong> to identify and implement <strong>intelligent automation<\/strong>, data enrichment, and workflow optimization opportunities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Governance &amp; Documentation:<\/strong> Establish and maintain governance standards for <strong>data quality, configuration management, and API integrations<\/strong>.
