This role is a subject matter expert (SME) who will be on the <strong>ground floor<\/strong> of implementing <strong>Workday ERP<\/strong> and <strong>Anaplan FP&amp;A<\/strong>, overseeing day-to-day configuration, reporting, and support for the Finance and Accounting teams across roughly 800 clinics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Focus:<\/strong> Workday Financials implementation, configuration, and ongoing support\/reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities: System Ownership and Implementation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The administrator will be the primary expert for the Workday Financial modules, driving implementation, managing system health, and providing actionable insights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Workday SME:<\/strong> Serve as the <strong>subject matter expert (SME)<\/strong> for all Workday Financial modules, including <strong>Financial Accounting, Supplier Accounts (AP), Customer Accounts (AR), Expenses, and Procurement<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>System Configuration:<\/strong> Maintain and configure business processes, validations, and security roles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implementation &amp; Release Management:<\/strong> Actively participate in the <strong>Workday ERP implementation process<\/strong>. Manage system updates, testing, and troubleshooting for quarterly Workday releases and new functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting &amp; Analytics:<\/strong> Develop and maintain <strong>dashboards and custom reports<\/strong> for Finance stakeholders. Support data uploads and analytics to provide <strong>actionable financial insights<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership:<\/strong> Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT department heads to ensure data integrity and implement process improvements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>End-User Support:<\/strong> Provide ongoing end-user support, training, and documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications: Deep Workday Financials Experience<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate must have significant, specific experience working within the Workday Financials tenant, including knowledge of advanced tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Workday Experience:<\/strong> <strong>3\u20135 years of experience in Workday Financials.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Advanced Workday Experience:<\/strong> <strong>3\u20135 years of experience in a Workday tenant with specific experience utilizing Prism and Accounting Center.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Implementation:<\/strong> Proven <strong>experience implementing Workday applications<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Domain Knowledge:<\/strong> Solid understanding of <strong>HCM, Payroll, and core Financial processes<\/strong> such as GL (General Ledger), AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting:<\/strong> <strong>Proficiency in creating and managing Workday reports.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Certifications (Bonus):<\/strong> <strong>Workday certification in Financials is a plus.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>U.S. Physical Therapy (USPh), the largest publicly traded pure-play operator of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, is seeking a Workday Financial Systems Administrator.
