This highly cross-functional and external-facing role is key to implementing strategic initiatives that ensure on-time customer delivery and operational excellence across the network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>US Remote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compensation:<\/strong> <strong>$125K \u2013 $140K<\/strong> (US-based estimate)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Reporting To:<\/strong> Director of Order Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Responsibilities: Partnership Management and Operational Excellence<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of high-impact initiatives, with a primary focus on the performance and standardization of external pharmacy partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Partnership Management:<\/strong> <strong>Develop and manage new and existing external pharmacy partnerships<\/strong>, serving as the primary point of contact and leading recurring business reviews.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Operational Performance:<\/strong> Drive the performance of external partners to ensure <strong>on-time customer delivery<\/strong> and meet defined operational goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standardization &amp; KPIs:<\/strong> Establish <strong>standardized processes and best practices<\/strong> and develop <strong>KPIs<\/strong> to monitor performance and identify areas for systematic or process improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Collaborate effectively with groups across the company, including <strong>Pharmacy Partners, Operations, System Product teams, and CareOps (CX\/Telemed)<\/strong>, balancing clinical, customer, and business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Data-Driven Improvement:<\/strong> Continuously monitor and analyze performance to identify patterns and trends, synthesizing complex data to <strong>drive data-informed decision-making and execution.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Qualifications:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate has a strong background in operational project management, preferably within a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on order fulfillment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>8-10+ years of experience<\/strong> in project management or operations management, <strong>preferably in order management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Education:<\/strong> A <strong>BS\/BA degree is required<\/strong> (MBA is preferred).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Execution &amp; Influence:<\/strong> Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution, with the ability to <strong>influence key stakeholders<\/strong> and present complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Analytical Success:<\/strong> Demonstrated success in an <strong>analytical and operations role within a rapidly growing company<\/strong>, capable of balancing data-driven inputs for rapid decision-making.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><\/h3>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hims &amp; Hers, a leading health and wellness platform focused on accessible and personalized care, is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join the Order Management team.
