This pivotal role focuses heavily on scheduling, resource optimization, and cost control for complex projects related to biocontainment laboratory operations and commissioning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote<\/strong> (Client located in New York, frequent travel required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salary Range:<\/strong> <strong>$132,800.00 &#8211; $162,300.00<\/strong> \/Year<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Travel:<\/strong> <strong>Moderate travel, up to 50%<\/strong>, to the client site in New York.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Clearance:<\/strong> Must have the ability and willingness to obtain a <strong>US Government clearance<\/strong> within the first two weeks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Eligibility:<\/strong> <strong>U.S. Citizenship<\/strong> is required for client projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities: Program Oversight and Executive Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This role functions as a combination of Project Manager and <strong>Key Account Manager (KAM)<\/strong>, requiring strong client-facing skills and technical program oversight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Program Management:<\/strong> Coordinate activities across <strong>several contracts and projects<\/strong> for the dedicated client, acting as the main point of contact and maintaining general oversight of the entire portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Scheduling &amp; Tools:<\/strong> Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using <strong>Microsoft Project<\/strong> and have the capability to work with <strong>Primavera P6<\/strong> when required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Financial Control:<\/strong> Track and manage project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets. Develop project cost proposals to meet financial and risk mitigation goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Risk &amp; Compliance:<\/strong> Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Maintain strict compliance with enterprise-level procedures, QA\/QC, and Revenue Recognition.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Client Interface:<\/strong> Collaborate closely with clients at all levels to formulate strategic execution plans, troubleshoot issues, and ensure expectations are met.
