Coordinate staffing with Resource Managers to ensure efficient teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Mentoring &amp; Growth:<\/strong> Mentor mid-level and junior Project Managers, contribute to continuous improvement, and identify lessons learned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Skills &amp; Expertise:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, certified leader with a specific background in manufacturing-related software implementations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Certification:<\/strong> <strong>PMP Certification is required.<\/strong> CSM Certification is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership &amp; Soft Skills:<\/strong> Demonstrated <strong>strong leadership<\/strong>, excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
