Use remote desktop connections to provide immediate support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Escalation &amp; Resolution:<\/strong> Follow standard procedures for <strong>proper escalation<\/strong> of unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g., software developers).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Communication:<\/strong> Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root problem and provide prompt and accurate feedback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Documentation:<\/strong> Ensure <strong>all issues are properly logged<\/strong>.
