This role is a key bridge between the customer experience and the engineering team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>United States &#8211; Remote<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Full-time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Eligibility:<\/strong> Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The company leverages a modern, scalable tech stack heavily focused on <strong>managed and serverless services<\/strong> in <strong>Google Cloud Platform (GCP)<\/strong>, including <strong>Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, PubSub, Cloud Tasks, and API Gateway<\/strong>, using <strong>Node.js with Typescript<\/strong> and <strong>SvelteKit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What You&#8217;ll Be Doing: Escalation, Debugging, and Automation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You will be the primary technical responder, responsible for triaging complex issues, finding root causes, and creating automation to improve support processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Primary Escalation:<\/strong> Act as the <strong>primary escalation point<\/strong> for customer issues, triaging tickets and coordinating fixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Investigation &amp; Root Cause:<\/strong> Investigate incidents by <strong>analyzing logs, tracing code, and replicating reported issues<\/strong> to pinpoint root causes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engineering Partnership:<\/strong> File <strong>concise, actionable bug reports<\/strong> and partner with software engineers to verify and deploy fixes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation:<\/strong> <strong>Build and maintain tools<\/strong> that automate routine diagnostics and common support tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Service Health:<\/strong> Participate in the <strong>US on-call rotation<\/strong> (one week rotations, covering 12-hour windows).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Knowledge Base:<\/strong> Contribute to internal documentation and customer knowledge-base articles to improve self-service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Qualifications:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This role requires a technical foundation in supporting cloud-based, API-centric products, with strong debugging and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> <strong>2+ years in technical support<\/strong> for a <strong>SaaS or API-centric product<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On-Call Experience:<\/strong> Experience contributing to <strong>on-call rotations<\/strong> and helping maintain service health under pressure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong> <strong>Strong code debugging<\/strong> and <strong>SQL skills<\/strong>.
