This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the organization\u2019s technology infrastructure with a primary focus on the <strong>end-user technology experience<\/strong>, from onboarding to ongoing support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> <strong>Remote<\/strong> (United States)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Contract (6-Month Term)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Status:<\/strong> Full-Time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Work Eligibility:<\/strong> Authorized to work in the US (Sponsorship not available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Core Responsibilities: Zero-Trust, Compliance, and End-User Support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This role manages the entire lifecycle of user and device technology, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance across cloud workspaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>User\/Device Management:<\/strong> Manage user administration and group policies in <strong>Azure (Entra ID)<\/strong> and <strong>Google Workspace<\/strong>. Oversee procurement, provisioning, and distribution of end-user devices, managing inventory and end-of-life planning.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Authentication &amp; Access:<\/strong> Enroll and support users and devices in <strong>Single Sign-On (SSO)<\/strong> and <strong>Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)<\/strong>, enforcing a <strong>zero-trust framework<\/strong>. Coordinate onboarding\/offboarding with PeopleOps.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Compliance &amp; Auditing:<\/strong> Ensure systems and controls comply with security frameworks such as <strong>SOC2, NIST, and FedRamp<\/strong>. Participate in the annual <strong>SOC2 audit<\/strong> and related procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support &amp; Automation:<\/strong> Troubleshoot and resolve end-user technology issues.
