CENTEGIX\u00ae<\/strong>, a leader in wearable safety technology for critical environments like healthcare and education, is looking for a DevOps Engineer<\/strong>. This role is critical for strengthening and scaling the CENTEGIX Safety Platform, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and high-performing so its solutions perform flawlessly when every second matters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Fully Remote<\/strong> position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose and Technical Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This engineer plays a vital role in automating, securing, and optimizing the critical platform infrastructure, acting as the crucial bridge between software development and 24\/7 operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Infrastructure Design:<\/strong> Design, implement, and manage scalable and reliable infrastructure on GCP and AWS<\/strong> (Multi-Cloud).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Container Orchestration:<\/strong> Develop and maintain Kubernetes clusters<\/strong> to ensure high availability and performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring & Alerting:<\/strong> Monitor system health and performance using Grafana<\/strong> and other monitoring tools.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation & IaC:<\/strong> Automate infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and maintenance tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • CI\/CD:<\/strong> Utilize CI\/CD pipelines<\/strong> and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to drive innovation and efficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reliability & Support:<\/strong> Troubleshoot and resolve system issues with minimal downtime. Participate in on-call rotations<\/strong> to provide 24\/7 support for critical systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Security:<\/strong> Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Stack<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The role requires a mid-level engineer with a strong focus on containerization and public cloud architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> 3 \u2013 5 years<\/strong> of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Cloud Platforms:<\/strong> Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS)<\/strong>.\n

      • Preferred:<\/em> Experience across both cloud platforms (AWS\/GCP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Containerization: <\/strong>Proficiency in managing and scaling Kubernetes clusters.<\/strong>\n

        • Preferred:<\/em> Kubernetes Certification.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Monitoring:<\/strong> Hands-on experience with Grafana<\/strong> for monitoring and alerting.\n

          • Preferred:<\/em> Strong experience with logging and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Automation:<\/strong> Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)<\/strong> principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Scripting:<\/strong> Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
