TRACTIAN<\/strong>, a company transforming the industrial maintenance world with combined hardware and software platforms, is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (Demo)<\/strong> to join its global Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineering team. This role is pivotal in owning and scaling the technical infrastructure that powers product demonstrations for customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Remote<\/strong> position, with the location posted as Atlanta, GA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n\n\n\n

Core Mandate: Demo Infrastructure as a Full-Stack Product<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

You will operate as a full-stack engineer, ensuring the demo environments are realistic, reliable, and scalable to directly enable the sales teams to win deals. Essentially, you build the systems that showcase the magic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Design & Build:<\/strong> Design and build the backend and frontend systems that power Tractian\u2019s demos, including APIs, data pipelines, and databases<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Data Generation:<\/strong> Build tools and scripts to simulate real-world scenarios<\/strong> and generate realistic data for the demo environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Uptime & Reliability:<\/strong> Own the uptime and reliability, monitoring and optimizing demo environment performance for sales calls, trade shows, and executive presentations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Internal Tooling:<\/strong> Build internal APIs, dashboards, and admin tools that allow Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to easily deploy, reset, or configure demo environments on demand<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering to ensure the demo stack incorporates the latest features and accurately reflects production environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation:<\/strong> Maintain strong documentation and version control<\/strong> of demo assets, infrastructure configurations, and deployment scripts for reproducibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Stack<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The role requires a strong full-stack background with experience translating complex technical systems into scalable, repeatable demo processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> 2+ years of experience<\/strong> in Demo Engineering or a relevant software engineering role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Stack:<\/strong> Experience with:\n
        \n
      • ReactJS<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • NodeJS<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Typescript<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Non-relational databases like MongoDB<\/strong> or ScyllaDB<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Process & Enablement:<\/strong>\n

        • Experience in training and enabling sales teams<\/strong> on how to deliver technical demos effectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to create structured, repeatable demo processes<\/strong> that scale across global teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Environment:<\/strong> Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment<\/strong> with cross-functional stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
