This developer is a seasoned professional responsible for the complete software production lifecycle, including the design, coding, testing, and analysis of software programs and applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time<\/strong> position with a compensation range of $92,300.00 \u2013 $161,600.00<\/strong> annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential Functions: Design, Test, and Triage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Developer III acts as a technical contributor who works independently on non-routine tasks, provides input to team goals, and ensures code quality and application performance throughout the lifecycle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Development & Testing:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Analyze, Design, code, and test software programs according to functional\/technical specifications that meet business requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Run and monitor software performance tests<\/strong> on new and existing software for correcting errors and isolating areas for improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deployment & Debugging:<\/strong> Assist in software deployment<\/strong> as required. Administer critical analysis of test results and deliver solutions to problem areas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Collaboration:<\/strong> Liaise with network administrators, systems analysts, and software engineers to assist in resolving problems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Code Quality & Methodology:<\/strong> Perform technical code reviews of peers<\/strong> to ensure proper coding methodology is adhered to. Work within an iterative approach methodology<\/strong> (Agile, TDD, Waterfall experience is relevant).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Triage & Lifecycle:<\/strong> Triage and work incident management requests<\/strong>. Maintain an understanding of SDLC, CI\/CD, and configuration management<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Required Experience and Technical Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The role demands advanced experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and a solid understanding of modern development methodologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Software Engineering required<\/strong>, or equivalent relevant work experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience (Minimum):<\/strong> Minimum of five (5) years of advanced OOP principles and design experience required<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Preferred Experience:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Experience leading a development team<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Experience developing and designing n-tier applications with multi-tier architectures<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • UML Modeling<\/strong> experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Technical Knowledge:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Hands-on experience working in integrated development environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Knowledge of configuration management tools, scripting, programming, and automated testing tool sets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Certifications (Preferred):<\/strong> Certifications in technical tools and\/or programming languages preferred (MCSD, Java, Onbase, Tibco, SAP, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Soft Skills:<\/strong> Highly self-motivated, technically proficient, strong attention to detail, and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
