The company, Solidago (implied), is seeking a RealPage Systems Administrator and Trainer<\/strong>. This role is a hybrid position focused on the technical configuration, optimization, and continuing education of all employees regarding the RealPage Unified Platform<\/strong> and related operational procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Remote<\/strong> position with a salary range of $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Core Responsibilities: Administration, Training, and Optimization<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This Administrator acts as the internal RealPage SME, responsible for both system health and user proficiency, especially concerning affordable housing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • System Configuration & Maintenance:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Maintain and configure the RealPage Unified Platform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Coordinate with RealPage support teams, troubleshoot errors, run diagnostics, and document resolutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure site property’s affordable real page systems<\/strong> are running properly and that full optimization of the software is utilized.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Provide technical specifications to IT staff for planning new features and upgrades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Training & Documentation:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Serve as the department\u2019s RealPage Subject Matter Expert (SME)<\/strong> and assist staff with software-related support issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Create and facilitate RealPage training programs<\/strong> (virtual and instructor-led).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Design, develop, and customize technology training and instructional materials following company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Create and deliver detailed technical documentation<\/strong> on operational processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Process & Reporting:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve system functionality and related processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Track and measure employee progress and the effectiveness of training programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Develop and update tools and reports<\/strong> for ongoing access to learning information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n\n\n\n

          Required Experience and Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          The role demands a candidate with direct experience as a RealPage power user, combined with extensive operations management and strong training\/communication abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          • RealPage Expertise (Required):<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Minimum three (3) years of experience as a superuser of RealPage Unified Platform<\/strong> or equivalent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Advanced knowledge of RealPage products and services<\/strong> is required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Knowledge of affordable housing<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Operations & Process Management:<\/strong> Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing complex multi-disciplinary processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Industry Knowledge:<\/strong> Advanced understanding of property management<\/strong> required at both corporate and property levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Communication & Training:<\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills<\/strong>, specializing in technical writing<\/strong> and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Excellent presentation skills<\/strong> and ability to elicit cooperation from all levels of the organization.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
