A leading organization in radiology and patient care is seeking a Systems Administrator IV<\/strong>. This is a highly senior-level position responsible for architecting, designing, and maintaining the enterprise-level Microsoft Active Directory<\/strong> and hybrid cloud identity<\/strong> environments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Remote<\/strong> position with a salary range of $120,000.00 \u2013 $150,000.00 per year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Core Responsibilities: Architecting Identity and Access Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This role functions as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and technical leader, focusing on complex architecture, governance, and security across both on-premises and cloud Microsoft services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Identity Architecture:<\/strong> Architect, design, and maintain enterprise-level Microsoft Active Directory<\/strong> environments, including forest\/domain structures, trusts, replication, and identity synchronization with Azure AD \/ Entra ID<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Policy & Governance:<\/strong> Lead Group Policy design and lifecycle management<\/strong>, implementing security baselines and automation for configuration consistency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Networking Services:<\/strong> Manage and optimize DNS and DHCP infrastructure<\/strong> across multiple sites for high availability and redundancy.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • IAM Strategy:<\/strong> Develop and maintain enterprise-level Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies<\/strong>, integrating SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access policies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Domain Projects:<\/strong> Oversee ** advanced domain migrations, consolidations, and upgrades**, including hybrid and cloud identity projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Security & Compliance:<\/strong> Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with best practices (least privilege, RBAC<\/strong>) and cybersecurity frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2, etc.<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Leadership & Support:<\/strong> Provide tier IV escalation support<\/strong> for complex domain-related incidents. Mentor<\/strong> and provide technical direction to junior System Administrators.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation:<\/strong> Utilize PowerShell scripting<\/strong> and automation frameworks to streamline administration, reporting, and configuration enforcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Certifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    This position demands extensive, specialized experience (12+ years total) and multiple required Microsoft certifications, reflecting the Architect-level responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience (Minimum):<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Twelve (12+) years<\/strong> of progressive systems administration experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • At least seven (7+) years<\/strong> focused on Microsoft domain and identity services in large enterprise environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s Degree<\/strong> required; Master\u2019s Degree preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Required Microsoft Certifications:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate<\/strong>, Azure Administrator Associate<\/strong>, or<\/em> Azure Solutions Architect Expert<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Microsoft Certified: Active Directory and Identity Management<\/strong> (MCSE or equivalent legacy certification acceptable).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Expert Knowledge:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Expert-level understanding<\/strong> of Active Directory architecture, replication, and security<\/strong>; Group Policy design<\/strong>; DNS, DHCP<\/strong>; Windows Server (2016\/2019\/2022)<\/strong>; and Azure AD \/ Entra ID hybrid identity synchronization<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Strong background in PowerShell scripting<\/strong> and infrastructure automation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Familiarity:<\/strong> Experience with PKI, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Intune, and MDM policies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Compliance:<\/strong> Deep understanding of ITIL processes<\/strong> and cybersecurity compliance frameworks (HIPAA, NIST, SOC 2, etc.<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
