Hypori Inc.<\/strong>, a SaaS cybersecurity company, is looking for a Corporate IT System Administrator<\/strong> to support the operations, security, upgrades, and maintenance of its internal IT infrastructure. This is an entry-level technical position<\/strong> designed for professional growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The role is Full-time<\/strong> and based in Austin, TX<\/strong>. The pay range is $85,000 \u2013 $105,000 USD<\/strong>. Applicants must be U.S. citizens<\/strong> and subject to a personal security investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Overview and IT Operations Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This administrator will be central to empowering Hypori employees to work effectively by managing the core applications and handling support escalations within a security-focused enterprise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Core Systems Administration:<\/strong> Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 \/ Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, MDM platforms<\/strong>, and enterprise SaaS applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User Lifecycle Management:<\/strong> Manage user lifecycle processes, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control<\/strong>. Support the onboarding process<\/strong> (building system images, adding accounts, shipping equipment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Endpoint & Support:<\/strong> Support and secure endpoints across macOS and Windows<\/strong> environments. Act as an escalation point for Tier 1 and Tier 2<\/strong> technical issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Inventory & Assets:<\/strong> Support processes and systems for asset inventory and management<\/strong> for hardware, software, and subscriptions. Supports issuing new computer hardware and the disposition of end-of-life equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation & Projects:<\/strong> Supports the user community through the Jira Service Management system<\/strong>. Supports IT projects to completion under the Corporate IT Manager’s direction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required and Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The candidate must have a foundation in enterprise IT support, particularly with Microsoft identity and MDM solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> Minimum 3 years of experience<\/strong> in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role within an enterprise environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Core Technical Competence:<\/strong> Demonstrated competence with Microsoft 365 \/ Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory<\/strong>, and MDM solutions<\/strong> (Jamf, Intune, NinjaOne, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • SaaS Familiarity:<\/strong> Familiarity with enterprise SaaS administration (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, etc.<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Skills:<\/strong> Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; strong English communication skills (written and verbal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Preferred:<\/strong> Experience with a standardized ticketing system, documenting work tickets, and an A+ Certification<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Attributes:<\/strong> Must maintain a strong, friendly, and patient customer service demeanor<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
