Circular Services<\/strong>, the largest privately held recycling and organics service provider in the U.S., is seeking an ERP Systems Administrator<\/strong> to join its ERP Admin & Development team. This role is crucial for both the technical development and functional support<\/strong> of the company’s enterprise resource planning systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Professional<\/strong> position based in New York, NY, US<\/strong>. The salary range is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the Role and Core Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Administrator is responsible for the development, enhancement, and day-to-day support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC)<\/strong> and integration with other specialized lines of business applications (e.g., CieTrade, AMCS’s SAI and PC Scales).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Development & Customization:<\/strong> Design, develop, and implement customized solutions in Business Central using AL code<\/strong>, ensuring functionality aligns with business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • System Integration:<\/strong> Integrate Business Central with third-party applications and services using APIs<\/strong>; collaborate with IT for seamless deployment and configuration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Functional Support:<\/strong> Provide day-to-day support for end users on D365 BC modules, including Continia, Multi Entity Management, AR, AP, Project, and Fixed Assets<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Process Optimization:<\/strong> Partner with end-users across finance, logistics, procurement, and purchasing to streamline processes, enhance data integrity, and optimize module usage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Troubleshooting & Training:<\/strong> Serve as a primary point of contact for issue resolution, troubleshooting, and diagnosing system functionality and workflow problems. Develop and deliver user training programs and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cloud & Data:<\/strong> Leverage SQL Server<\/strong> knowledge and utilize Azure services<\/strong> to support database management and cloud-based solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation:<\/strong> Design and build Power Apps<\/strong> to automate workflows and improve user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Minimum and Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The role requires a mid-level professional with specific, hands-on experience in the Microsoft Business Central ecosystem and development language.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • 3-5 years<\/strong> of professional experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Greater than 3 years\u2019 experience<\/strong> working in Microsoft Business Central<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ability to develop solutions for Business Central in AL code<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong>\n

        • Strong analytical and research skills to resolve complex IT issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Excellent communication skills to present technical ideas clearly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Familiarity with project management and agile methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
