This role is primarily focused on supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining the firm’s enterprise applications, with a heavy emphasis on the Human Capital Management System (Workday)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Exempt, Fully Remote<\/strong> position available to applicants located anywhere in the United States. The salary range is $92,000 \u2013 $153,000<\/strong>, based on skills and experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential Functions and Workday Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This administrator is a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, responsible for ensuring system stability, facilitating upgrades, and utilizing technology to enhance firm-wide productivity. The role requires both technical administration skills and strong customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Primary Application Focus:<\/strong> Administer and maintain enterprise applications, with the primary focus on Human Resource systems<\/strong>, specifically Workday<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • System Administration:<\/strong> Administer and maintain SQL and other data integration services<\/strong>, including scripting and API calls<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintenance & Deployment:<\/strong> Research, test, and develop deployment plans for new patches or upgrades to enterprise applications and their dependent database instances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Troubleshooting & Support:<\/strong> Provide systems analysis techniques for complicated technical applications. Respond to and resolve incident ticket escalations<\/strong> using IT ticket management systems (ZenDesk, Jira, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaboration:<\/strong> Work with other IT teams and end-users to ensure the proper configuration, deployment, maintenance, and testing of enterprise applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation & Training:<\/strong> Create and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and formal documentation. Assist in developing customized solutions where appropriate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Capabilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The role requires a strong blend of hands-on application and database administration experience, particularly within the Microsoft stack, and specific exposure to HCM systems like Workday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience (Minimum):<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • 3 years’ experience<\/strong> administering Enterprise Applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 3 years’ experience<\/strong> administering SQL databases, reporting, and ETL jobs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 1 year of experience<\/strong> managing web applications and configuring IIS application sites<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Core Technical Capabilities:<\/strong>\n

        • Proficiency in SQL reporting, database structures, and query development and execution<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies,<\/strong> including Active Directory, SQL Server, and IIS<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Familiarity with the administration and maintenance of server-side components<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Preferred Experience:<\/strong> Workday experience<\/strong> is preferred. Project management experience<\/strong> is also required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Soft Skills:<\/strong> Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical personnel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
