ARB Interactive<\/strong>, a fast-growing tech startup in the social casino\/gaming space, is seeking a proactive and experienced IT Systems Administrator<\/strong>. This key role is responsible for owning and evolving the company’s identity, device, and access management ecosystem in a hybrid macOS and Windows<\/strong> environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Remote<\/strong> position in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities and Identity Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Administrator will lead the administration of critical identity and device management tools, ensuring security, compliance (NIST, SOC2, PCI), and a frictionless experience for a fast-paced, distributed team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Identity, Access & Device Management:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Lead administration of Okta (SSO\/IDP)<\/strong>, JAMF Pro (MDM)<\/strong>, and Microsoft Intune<\/strong>, ensuring secure user and device lifecycle management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage Microsoft Entra<\/strong> and Google Workspace<\/strong> integrations for identity federation and policy enforcement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Implement role-based access control (RBAC)<\/strong> and automate provisioning\/deprovisioning workflows.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure compliance and a frictionless onboarding\/offboarding experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Systems & Infrastructure:<\/strong> Oversee and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including network configurations and SaaS integrations<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Security & Compliance:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Collaborate with security teams to uphold data protection standards suitable for a social casino environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Ensure systems align with frameworks like NIST, SOC2, and PCI compliance<\/strong> requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Develop documentation, run regular audits, and enforce best practices for zero-trust<\/strong> access control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Support & Projects:<\/strong> Provide Tier 2\/3 technical support<\/strong> for escalated identity and endpoint issues. Lead strategic IT initiatives (tool rollouts, MDM\/IDP enhancements) and manage vendors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Required and Preferred Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        The role requires mid-to-senior level progressive IT experience with expert-level knowledge of specific IDP and MDM tools across multiple operating systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        • Experience:<\/strong> 5\u20138 years<\/strong> of progressive IT experience with a focus on systems administration, identity management, and endpoint management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Core Tool Expertise (Mandatory):<\/strong> Expertise with Okta<\/strong>, JAMF Pro<\/strong>, Microsoft Entra\/Intune<\/strong>, and Google Workspace<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Platform Knowledge:<\/strong> Strong understanding of macOS<\/strong> and Windows<\/strong> administration in hybrid or remote environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Security:<\/strong> Proven experience managing SSO integrations<\/strong>, MDM deployments<\/strong>, and zero-trust<\/strong> access models. Systematic, security-first mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Preferred Qualifications:<\/strong>\n

          • Knowledge of scripting or automation (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Experience in gaming or other fast-paced, high-growth industries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Cybersecurity certifications and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
