Resultant<\/strong>, an outcomes-focused consulting firm specializing in making technology a strategic asset, is seeking a Systems Administrator<\/strong> to join its Managed Services (MS) Service Delivery Team. This role is focused on delivering operational and project commitments to clients, ensuring the integrity and security of their infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time, Remote<\/strong> position in the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Core Responsibilities and Client Service Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Systems Administrator provides high-level support, focusing on platform reliability, security administration, and essential internal systems management for a diverse client base. Excellent communication and customer service are paramount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Client Delivery & Support:<\/strong> Deliver assigned operational and project commitments, providing amazing support<\/strong> that greatly exceeds client expectations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Security Administration:<\/strong> Manage the security administration, ensuring all client machines are protected and properly updated with Endpoint Security, Anti-Virus, Anti-Spam, Anti-Spyware, etc.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Infrastructure Management:<\/strong>\n
      \n
    • Manage the integrity and security of clients\u2019 data, servers, devices, and software supporting the database, application, and storage systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Implement and maintain Remote Access Systems (VPN, RDS, Citrix, VMware)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage and maintain phone systems<\/strong> as needed (Cisco, Avaya, VOIP, Digital<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Manage clients\u2019 primary internal systems, from email to file sharing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain domain policies, DNS, DHCP<\/strong>, and other integrated systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Documentation & Metrics:<\/strong> Keep client documentation up-to-date and accurate, along with detailed notes\/updates in help desk tickets. Daily timekeeping is a critical responsibility. The role requires familiarity with service metrics like CSAT Scores<\/strong> and SLA Ratings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Qualifications and Technical Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The role requires mid-level systems administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to high-quality customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Experience:<\/strong> 4-6 years of experience<\/strong> as a Systems Administrator.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Certification (Preferred):<\/strong> Microsoft Associate Level Certification<\/strong> or equivalent certification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Required Technical Skills:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Servers:<\/strong> Active Directory, Domain, SSL Certificate, Backups, Antivirus<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Network:<\/strong> Firewalls, Switches, Wireless, Voice, DHCP, TCP\/IP, DNS, Routing<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Applications:<\/strong> Office 365, SharePoint<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Soft Skills:<\/strong> Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems. Excellent communication and customer service skills<\/strong>, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Availability:<\/strong> Willing to participate in an on-call rotation<\/strong> and provide after-hours support as necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
