Quad<\/strong>, a global marketing experience company, is seeking an Infrastructure Administrator<\/strong>. This is an entry-level position<\/strong> focused on implementing technology solutions and collaborating with other team members to maintain the company’s IT infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time<\/strong> position in the United States<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

General Purpose and Core Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Administrator is expected to develop general knowledge across several related technologies. This role involves both hands-on implementation and documentation and requires participation in an on-call rotation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Implementation & Maintenance:<\/strong> Works as part of a team to complete tasks\/projects. Implements and maintains IT assets<\/strong> within a service.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support:<\/strong> Periodic 24×7 support responsibilities<\/strong> through an on-call rotation<\/strong>. Provides support for implementing solutions as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Documentation:<\/strong> Maintains documentation\/SOPs<\/strong> for implementation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Technical Understanding:<\/strong> Understands infrastructure interactions<\/strong> at a general level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements and Key Technology Exposure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Since this is an entry-level role, the requirements emphasize foundational education and exposure to key infrastructure areas rather than extensive experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience & Education:<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • 0-3 years of experience<\/strong> in the IT field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems<\/strong> or related field preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Proficiency with Microsoft Office<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Ability to grasp new concepts and technologies<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Strong written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Required Technology Exposure (Experience with one or more):<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Network technologies<\/strong> (WAN, LAN, Wireless LAN, Unified Communication, VoIP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Windows Server or Linux<\/strong> distributions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Server virtualization<\/strong> (VMWare, HyperV).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Public Cloud<\/strong> (AWS, Azure, GCP).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Backup and retention<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
