This role is crucial for managing and optimizing the Procore construction management platform<\/strong> to ensure all project teams operate efficiently and effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a Full-time<\/strong> position based in Topeka, KS,<\/strong> with Remote Eligibility within Kansas<\/strong>. The reasonably expected salary range is $91,100.00 – $121,400.00<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Summary and Procore Optimization Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Serving as the in-house subject matter expert, this administrator will be responsible for system configuration, user support, and data integrity across the Procore platform, directly impacting project status, financial performance, and compliance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What You’ll Do:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Platform Administration:<\/strong> Manage the day-to-day administration of the Procore platform<\/strong>, including controlling company and project-level settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Continuous Improvement:<\/strong> Update project templates<\/strong> and proactively implement new features<\/strong> to ensure continuous system improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • User Support & Training:<\/strong> Act as the in-house subject matter expert<\/strong> for all Procore inquiries, providing timely technical support and troubleshooting. Develop and deliver training<\/strong> to foster high user proficiency.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Reporting & Data Integrity:<\/strong> Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards<\/strong> to provide leadership with real-time visibility into project status, financial performance, and compliance. Actively audit the system to ensure data accuracy and consistency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Key Requirements and Construction Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate must combine direct, hands-on Procore expertise with a strong understanding of standard construction business processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Core Experience (Mandatory):<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Minimum of 3+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a Procore superuser or administrator.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Construction Workflow Knowledge:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Strong knowledge of construction workflows and documentation<\/strong>, including Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals, and change orders.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Soft Skills:<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Proven ability to provide exceptional user support, training, and troubleshooting<\/strong> in a fast-paced construction environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills<\/strong>, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
