RingCentral<\/strong>, a leading provider of UCaaS, Contact Center, and AI-powered solutions (including their proprietary RingSense AI), is seeking an AWS DevOps Engineer<\/strong>. This engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining a highly scalable and reliable infrastructure using AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform<\/strong> to ensure the smooth delivery and deployment of applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-time, remote<\/strong> role with an emphasis on candidates located on the East Coast<\/strong> (locations listed include Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Alabama, among others).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Duties and Automation Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This role requires strong expertise in AWS services and CI\/CD development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders on best practices, and be a hands-on contributor to infrastructure architecture and automation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • Architecture & Maintenance:<\/strong> Design, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable infrastructure on AWS<\/strong>. Architect and maintain application infrastructure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • CI\/CD Development:<\/strong> Develop and maintain CI\/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub<\/strong> for efficient application deployment and release management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Infrastructure as Code (IaC):<\/strong> Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitoring & Security:<\/strong> Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Loki Stack<\/strong>) to ensure health and performance. Perform regular system and application security audits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Process Improvement:<\/strong> Improve the Change Management process<\/strong> of the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the software development and deployment processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Guidance & Collaboration:<\/strong> Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements and provide guidance on best practices; mentor and communicate status effectively to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Desired Qualifications and Expertise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate is an experienced DevOps or SRE Engineer with deep knowledge of AWS architecture, CI\/CD tools, and IaC, who can drive process improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • Experience (Required):<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • 5+ years of experience with AWS.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong experience working as a DevOps Engineer or SRE Engineer in a production environment.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Expertise in building and maintaining CI\/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Helm.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Technical Knowledge:<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Advanced knowledge of AWS services<\/strong>, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Solid understanding of source code management with GitHub<\/strong> (branching, merging, pull requests).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Knowledgeable with monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Loki Stack.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Knowledge of networking concepts, load balancing, and security best practices in the cloud environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Bonus Skills:<\/strong>\n

          • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like EKS<\/strong> is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Basic scripting skills in languages such as Node.js<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
