Role Summary and Client Strategy Mandate<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The Regional Technology Manager will serve as a high-level technical consultant and leader, balancing technology oversight with direct customer engagement. The role requires a strong customer focus to ensure technology solutions are not only innovative but also directly aligned with clients’ long-term business goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  • Technology Strategy & Oversight:<\/strong> Oversee the development and implementation of technology for external clients.<\/strong> Develop the technical aspects of clients’ strategy<\/strong> to ensure alignment with their business goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customer Engagement:<\/strong> Maintain a customer-focused outlook<\/strong> and aid in the delivery of projects and services. Present tailored technology solutions to critical accounts.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Innovation & Policy:<\/strong> Develop policies and procedures using technology<\/strong> to enhance both internal products and external services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Leadership & Thought Leadership:<\/strong> Act as a thought leader<\/strong> in both internal strategy and external client engagements. Drive company strategy through market insights and technological perspectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Financial Management:<\/strong> Manage technology budgets and suggest investments.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The successful candidate will be an experienced technology leader with a strong background in the IT industry who is ready to take on a strategic role serving major client accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
