The compensation range is $110,800.00 – $193,800.00<\/strong> annually, plus potential performance bonuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Summary and Strategic Value Mandate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This Senior Manager will serve as a key partner to IT leadership and cross-functional departments, translating IT initiatives into measurable business value. A significant part of the role involves implementing a data-driven culture, leading high-level strategy discussions, and driving IT maturity using frameworks like Gartner Maturity Assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Essential Functions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Performance Strategy & Metrics:<\/strong> Collaborate with IT leadership to establish clear performance goals and metrics<\/strong> that align with strategic objectives. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for tracking and analyzing IT performance<\/strong> that drives business value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Executive Leadership & Reporting:<\/strong> Lead and facilitate executive-level meetings<\/strong> to discuss performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Prepare and present regular reports<\/strong> on IT performance and create ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Roadmap & Maturity:<\/strong> Spearhead the operationalization and communication of the three-year IT Roadmap<\/strong>, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead and facilitate Gartner Maturity Assessments<\/strong> to evaluate current IT capabilities and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation & Efficiency:<\/strong> Oversee the automation of the ServiceNow time tracking setup<\/strong>, identifying efficiencies that enhance demand and capacity management reporting, and streamline the end-of-month financial cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Team Leadership:<\/strong> Provide strategic direction and leadership<\/strong> to the team, mentoring and supporting the professional development of team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate is an experienced IT and business analysis leader with strong managerial skills, executive maturity, and a proven track record of implementing data-driven IT reporting programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience (Required):<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Minimum of ten (10) years of experience<\/strong> in IT and\/or business analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT operations and performance management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Minimum of three (3) years of management experience<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Technical Proficiency:<\/strong> Power BI experience is required<\/strong>. Proficient in implementing and managing IT-wide reporting and analytics programs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Leadership & Acumen:<\/strong> Executive maturity<\/strong> and an ability to work effectively with senior executives. Collaborative managerial skills with exceptional analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strategic Knowledge:<\/strong> Familiarity with IT implementation projects and IT strategy formulation<\/strong> is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Soft Skills:<\/strong> Results-oriented with a strong track record of success. Ability to balance competing priorities<\/strong> in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
