A significant part of the role involves implementing a data-driven culture, leading high-level strategy discussions, and driving IT maturity using frameworks like Gartner Maturity Assessments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Essential Functions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Performance Strategy &amp; Metrics:<\/strong> Collaborate with IT leadership to <strong>establish clear performance goals and metrics<\/strong> that align with strategic objectives. Develop and implement a <strong>comprehensive strategy for tracking and analyzing IT performance<\/strong> that drives business value.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Executive Leadership &amp; Reporting:<\/strong> <strong>Lead and facilitate executive-level meetings<\/strong> to discuss performance metrics and strategic initiatives. Prepare and present <strong>regular reports<\/strong> on IT performance and create ad hoc reports to support leadership decision-making.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Roadmap &amp; Maturity:<\/strong> <strong>Spearhead the operationalization and communication of the three-year IT Roadmap<\/strong>, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. <strong>Lead and facilitate Gartner Maturity Assessments<\/strong> to evaluate current IT capabilities and identify areas for improvement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Automation &amp; Efficiency:<\/strong> Oversee the <strong>automation of the ServiceNow time tracking setup<\/strong>, identifying efficiencies that enhance demand and capacity management reporting, and streamline the end-of-month financial cycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Leadership:<\/strong> Provide <strong>strategic direction and leadership<\/strong> to the team, mentoring and supporting the professional development of team members.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ideal candidate is an experienced IT and business analysis leader with strong managerial skills, executive maturity, and a proven track record of implementing data-driven IT reporting programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience (Required):<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum of <strong>ten (10) years of experience<\/strong> in IT and\/or business analysis, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT operations and performance management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum of <strong>three (3) years of management experience<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Proficiency:<\/strong> Power BI<strong> experience is required<\/strong>. Proficient in implementing and managing <strong>IT-wide reporting and analytics programs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Leadership &amp; Acumen:<\/strong> <strong>Executive maturity<\/strong> and an ability to work effectively with senior executives. Collaborative managerial skills with <strong>exceptional analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strategic Knowledge:<\/strong> Familiarity with <strong>IT implementation projects and IT strategy formulation<\/strong> is preferred.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong> Results-oriented with a strong track record of success.
