An opportunity is available for an experienced Wireless Network Architect<\/strong> to join the Infrastructure Network team. This role is crucial for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance wireless network solutions, with a specific focus on Aruba technology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-time, remote<\/strong> position in the U.S. The salary range is $121,264 – $169,020 per year<\/strong>, plus an annual bonus incentive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Summary and Aruba Architecture Mandate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This is a hands-on technical role that requires deep expertise in wireless networking and the ability to serve as a consultant, working closely with clients to translate their needs into detailed, tailored network designs. The Architect will drive the full lifecycle of wireless network deployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Network Design & Implementation:<\/strong> Design, implement, and troubleshoot wireless networks<\/strong> using Aruba technology<\/strong>. Create detailed network designs based on client requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Site Assessment:<\/strong> Conduct site surveys and RF analysis<\/strong> to identify optimal locations for access points and other wireless networking equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Technical Guidance:<\/strong> Provide technical support and guidance<\/strong> to internal teams and clients during the deployment of wireless networks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Architecture Strategy:<\/strong> Maintain a strong understanding of network architecture and design principles<\/strong> and stay up-to-date with the latest wireless networking technology and best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaboration:<\/strong> Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in large enterprise wireless environments, a proven track record with Aruba products, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> At least 5 years of experience<\/strong> as a Wireless Network Architect or a similar role in large enterprise environments<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technology Expertise (Required):<\/strong>\n
        \n
      • Extensive experience with Aruba products and solutions.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • In-depth knowledge of wireless networking technologies and standards.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Strong understanding of network architecture and design principles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, CS, or a related field OR<\/strong> 5 additional years of relevant experience.\n

        • (Note: Alternate requirements include an Associate’s\/Bachelor’s with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.)<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Skills:<\/strong> Excellent problem-solving skills<\/strong> and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Strong communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Travel:<\/strong> Ability to travel as needed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
