An opportunity is available for an Azure Engineer<\/strong> at Cyclotron<\/strong>, a leading Microsoft partner committed to delivering comprehensive Azure solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS. This mid-level role is crucial for designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge cloud infrastructure and application services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Summary and Azure Full Stack Mandate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This engineer will be a hands-on expert responsible for the entire Azure solution lifecycle, from foundational networking and infrastructure-as-code to managing microservices and security compliance. The role requires a broad understanding of the Azure ecosystem to deploy and maintain secure, scalable, and modern enterprise platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Infrastructure & Platform:<\/strong> Design, implement, and manage Azure solutions across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS<\/strong>, including VMs, App Services, and Networking. Deploy and configure key services like Azure Landing Zones, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Defender for Cloud<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Networking & Security:<\/strong> Architect and deploy secure network solutions, including VNETs, VPNs, and ExpressRoute. Ensure security best practices are implemented across all services using Azure Security Center<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Automation & DevOps:<\/strong> Utilize Azure DevOps for CI\/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation<\/strong>. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC)<\/strong> using tools like ARM templates or Terraform<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Containerization & Applications:<\/strong> Implement and manage containerized applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)<\/strong>. Develop and deploy applications using Azure App Services<\/strong> and integrate with other Azure services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Storage:<\/strong> Implement and manage Azure storage solutions, including Blob, Queue, and and Table Storage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Industry Expertise:<\/strong> Stay abreast of the latest Azure services and technologies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate is a certified Azure professional with a minimum of five years of broad, hands-on experience across Azure’s core services, focusing on networking, security, and modern DevOps practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience<\/strong> with a broad range of Azure services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Certifications:<\/strong> Relevant Azure certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Developer Associate<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Core Azure Knowledge:<\/strong> Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, storage, and application services.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • DevOps & IaC:<\/strong> Experience with Azure DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)<\/strong> practices (ARM or Terraform).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Soft Skills:<\/strong> Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Desirable Skills<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Experience with Azure Bicep<\/strong> for IaC.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
