Role Summary and Strategic Advisory Mandate<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Field CTO serves as the high-level technical expert and strategist across the entire customer lifecycle, influencing both the company’s product roadmap and the customer’s technology adoption. The role requires a blend of deep technical expertise and strong executive communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Customer Engagement & Strategy:<\/strong> Serve as a strategic advisor<\/strong> to enterprise customers and partners. Lead executive-level discussions<\/strong> on emerging technologies, digital transformation, architecture, and innovation. Translate customer business goals into solutions using the company’s products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Thought Leadership:<\/strong> Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer briefings<\/strong>. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to create white papers and blogs<\/strong>, building trusted relationships with key industry influencers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Product and Engineering Collaboration:<\/strong> Provide crucial customer feedback to Product and Engineering<\/strong> teams to directly influence roadmap priorities and product enhancements<\/strong>. Partner with internal R&D to validate new technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Sales Enablement & Support:<\/strong> Support the sales process by participating in customer meetings, solution architecture<\/strong>, and proposal development. Help qualify and shape strategic deals<\/strong> by aligning technology capabilities with business needs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Technology Vision:<\/strong> Monitor external technology trends (e.g., cloud, AI\/ML) and recommend their application within the company\u2019s strategy. Drive innovation through strategic partnerships and experimental projects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate is a seasoned technology leader with extensive customer-facing experience and a broad, deep technical background spanning core enterprise infrastructure and emerging technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles<\/strong>, including customer-facing positions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Background:<\/strong> Strong technical background<\/strong> in core domains, including cloud, cybersecurity, AI\/ML, data platforms, networking, storage, and virtualization.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Communication:<\/strong> Executive-level communication and presentation skills<\/strong> are essential.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Collaboration:<\/strong> Experience working effectively with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Impact:<\/strong> Proven success in influencing product strategy and customer adoption.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
