Role Summary and Core Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Director acts as the primary service delivery leader and liaison, blending operational oversight with strategic client management, focusing heavily on performance, compliance, and team leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Service Delivery Oversight:<\/strong> Ensure the delivery of services meets agreed-upon quality, timelines, and service-level objectives (SLOs)<\/strong>. Monitor service performance metrics and report progress to clients and internal stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Client & Contract Management:<\/strong> Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships<\/strong> to understand needs and address concerns. Manage client contracts<\/strong>, ensuring compliance with agreed terms, monitoring performance, and negotiating changes or renewals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Incident & Problem Management:<\/strong> Take ownership of critical incidents<\/strong>, coordinate swift resolution with technical teams, and implement measures to prevent recurrence, ensuring high service continuity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Team Leadership & Process Improvement:<\/strong> Manage and guide service teams, assigning responsibilities and ensuring alignment with client expectations. Continuously identify and implement improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Compliance & Risk:<\/strong> Ensure adherence to organizational policies and relevant regulatory requirements<\/strong> while proactively managing risks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Vendor Coordination:<\/strong> Manage relationships and contracts with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in IT service management, technical knowledge, and a significant background in leadership, particularly within the healthcare sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Experience:<\/strong> 5\u201310 years of relevant experience<\/strong> in managing IT services, client relationships, or technical teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Leadership:<\/strong> 5+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity<\/strong>, overseeing teams or projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Industry Expertise (Critical):<\/strong> Deep knowledge and experience with IS&T enablement of care delivery and operations of acute care facilities<\/strong> (Healthcare Provider Industry Experience).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical & Service Expertise:<\/strong> A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems<\/strong> relevant to managed services. Expertise in SLAs, performance metrics, and service management processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Education:<\/strong> Bachelor\u2019s Degree (minimum)<\/strong> in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
