An opportunity is available for a deep Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM)<\/strong> at SentinelOne<\/strong>, a leader in AI-powered, data-driven cybersecurity. This role sits within the Strategic Programs office of the Product & Technology organization, focusing on large-scale, cross-product delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a full-time, remote<\/strong> position within the United States. The base salary range is $208,000\u2013$280,000 USD<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Role Summary and Strategic Program Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategic Programs & Delivery, this individual will selectively lead key large cross-product programs<\/strong> across SentinelOne. The role is focused on instilling ownership, driving predictability, and proactively mitigating risks across the Product & Technology organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Program Leadership & Predictability:<\/strong> Lead key large cross-product programs<\/strong>, following the Program Operating Model to drive delivery and instill a sense of ownership and predictability<\/strong> within the broader teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Risk & Process Management:<\/strong> Evaluate and suggest processes to anticipate, identify, and mitigate potential issues<\/strong>. Coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management best practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Data & Metrics:<\/strong> Develop and deliver Jira & Atlassian Analytics dashboards<\/strong>. Regularly review and redefine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/strong> to measure the success and impact of projects, utilizing data and metrics to inform decisions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:<\/strong> Foster strong cross-functional collaboration, breaking down silos<\/strong> and encouraging open communication between globally diverse teams.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Business Acumen:<\/strong> Ensure a holistic approach<\/strong> by not just being technically adept, but also understanding the business side of things<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Required Experience and Technical Qualifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, deeply technical program manager with a background in software development, strong analytical skills, and significant experience in the enterprise software space, preferably in security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Program Experience:<\/strong> 10+ years of progressive experience<\/strong> working in enterprise software, preferably in the security industry<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analytical Tools:<\/strong> 7+ years of experience in Jira, Jira Dashboards, and BI\/Analytics Tools (JQL, SQL).<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Technical Foundation:<\/strong> 5\u20137 years of experience as a former software developer<\/strong> is required. Must have a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Leadership & Influence:<\/strong> Expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations<\/strong> and a strong knack for relationship-building<\/strong> and interfacing with various organizational levels.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Skills:<\/strong> The ability to articulate complex ideas clearly<\/strong> and drive requirements with global teams.
